Booking & Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be completed prior to the start of your tour. Pricing and availability are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

Age Requirements

All guests must be 21 years of age or older.

Behavior & Safety

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, respectful behavior is expected at all times. Bachelorette Wine Trolley reserves the right to remove any guest who becomes disruptive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Winery & Venue Policies

All participating wineries and venues maintain their own rules, capacity limits, and service policies. Bachelorette Wine Trolley cannot guarantee access to a specific winery if conditions or partner restrictions change unexpectedly.

Liability

Guests participate in tours at their own risk. Bachelorette Wine Trolley is not liable for injuries, accidents, lost items, or personal property damage during or after the tour. Please drink responsibly and remain aware of your surroundings.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Tours operate rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather or unexpected conditions (such as venue closures), Bachelorette Wine Trolley may adjust routes or schedules. Alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.

Photo & Video Use

By attending a tour, guests grant permission for Bachelorette Wine Trolley to use photos or videos taken during the experience for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify your host at the start of the tour.

By booking and participating in a tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
